Eeeek sorry fish I edited my OP, turns out Star Trek is older than I thought it was. However Dr Who first aired in 1963 and Star Trek in 1966. Doctor Who beat it by 3 years.
...........my guy just lost his job.... it wasn't expected at all, it just happened....
And, I found out where I rehomed my cats don't like one of them and leaves him outside and he's declared in all 4 paws. I wanted to take him back, but there's a 400$ DEPOSIT FOR A CAT! It's only 20$ a month. Considering sneaking him in here until I can gain the deposit, but if they find out, our contract is terminated...
And completely fired. He has a new boss who is a jerk to say nicely... he just cut his hours from 45 a week to 24, and then fired him today. The boss was doing nothing sitting around and they were really busy, and then the boss yelled at just him for going too slow when I know he's one of the most productive workers there, so my guy is asking why is he sitting around then if it is so busy? (Keep in mind, when he said he was going too slow, he told him to go home.) Well the boss starts yelling at him then just spontaneously said he's fired.... :/ Good news is I think he qualifies for unemployement and his mom has a construction job for him on August 1st, and he's been looking for a new job this past month anyways and might have one lined up.
wow, that suck laughing. I don't pray much...not a very religious person. But I think I should pray for you, laughing. I know how much that sucks...I literally do.
Well, we have savings, but it's just pretty terrible. We don't have kids or anything so unemployment is so little... His mom's job lasts 2 weeks, but 2 weeks is 2 weeks, right?? I just hope these potential jobs fall into place for him. It's been a hard day!
Considering sneaking my cat in, I can't let him die, that's just so unfair. And if something happens to him guilt will over come me... Lease is up in 2 months anyways, so if they terminate it I will have back-ups. I don't know, I just can't let him suffer like that. I've had him since a bitty kitty, I have obligation to him, ya know?
I also spent HOURS picking out classes and courses for him to have a good schedule to still get 35 hours work week fixed in, and now he might work day schedules, but that'll be confusing with him MMA, so my potential hard work might go down to the drain now... Gah.
Just too much for today, g'nite all. Need some "do nothing" time.
