Gill flukes making a comeback?

Hi guys, Toki just fully recovered from what I'm pretty sure was a type of gill parasite last week after I treated him with API General Cure.

Well, today, after feeding him I noticed he had the same symptoms-- listlessness, fins are somewhat clamped, heavy breathing, twitching, and not moving much. He is still eating though, just like last time. He also flares at me. He was perfectly fine before the feeding, just like last time. Very strange.

My question is-- can I do another treatment of General Cure or will he not be able to take it again? Should I just do daily water changes with salt?

I went ahead with the General Cure treatment but it seems this morning Toki is going to pass very soon. He refuses to eat and move. He pulled through last time but I don't think he has the strength to do so again.
