Red face Am I feeding the right amount?

Just wanting to make sure I'm not over feeding my Betta babies. Here's what I feed them:

1-2 frozen bloodworms
A pinch of BettaMin
1-2 pellets

Thanks!

I don't think bloodworms should be fed every day... Just as a treat

Okay. So every other day? And for the rest, is that good?

A lot of people on here feed once or twice a week. Every other day is fine I guess. Is Betta min flakes? And be sure to fast one day every week.

Well pellets are more recommended. Flakes tend to dirty up the water more than pellets. You should feed 3-4 pellets a day.

Okay, but what if my Bettas don't eat them? How do I make them like it?

TBBF,

Do they eat the pellets you give them now? if so, you're fine. BTW, make sure that's a real small pinch of the flakes -- they should finish eating in a minute or two.

More damage by over-feeding than under.

Good luck!

Thank you! My boys are stubborn...I include Ms. Shark as a boy. They won't eat pellets! Sarah is my angel, right now because she likes the pellets. Guess my boys will have to get use to it!

if they're frozen, not freeze dried, then it's okay IME to feed them daily
