How old is your betta?

I'd like to know how old your betta(s) are.

And, if any of your bettas have died, which ones and how old they were.

Let us know what kind they are, their gender, age and color! : )

You can introduce your self and your water babies if you like too! : )

hhmm.... that's a hard one. 99% of my bettas are pet store bettas. i know Zach, my first betta, stayed with me around 4 years, so he may have been 5-6 years old. he was an orange dalmatian Veiltail. :d Cup, my most recent lost, was around 2-4 years old. his fins were HUGE, and he was with me around a year. everyone else is still pretty young. i know for a fact my Chappy Belle(a marble dragon HMPK) is exactly one year old. :3

I have Philip, who is 5, and tigger who is 2. I had red, who was 2 as well, but he was killed, and thats about it. I might be getting a new one today.

I have no idea how old my Ben is, but he's been with me for not even a week. He was new at the pet store, so I am unsure how told they are when they are sent there. So I'll say about 6 months old.

My new boy Max was born Jan 5th and my new boy Spidey was born Jan 9th :) Both of this year. I can't wait to get them.

Carnage was 4 months old, Venom was older as he was at the pet store a while. I'd say he was closer to 6-8 months.

veils and HMs are usually about a year old, i think. that ensures their tail's big and pretty.

I've had Percy for 7 months.. he is a Veiltail, so does anyone know how old he might have been when I bought him? He came from a really good LFS in the same tank as the Platies.

All my bettas are from pet stores, some were saved from a bad fate and some I just loved at first sight!
Azure is my oldest- roughly 2 and 1/2 years, Cleo and Demon were next, sadly they both died a month from each other quite recently, they must have been a year or a year and a half. Then came Peaches, the spunky girl who kept wiggling at me lol! She's almost a year probably... My saved babies are Sterling, Tranny, Beeuty Qveen, Beefcake! and Kamikaze, they're brothers and sisters all probably 4 months old, very tiny.. 1-1.5 inches, not counting fins. Little Blue Boy was also their brother but never had a chance at life. Last is my Hm boy who I saved from a bowl of brown water and who is still recuperating.. He's probably a year old by the looks of him... Possibly less.
They're all VTs except for Sterling who is a DT, new boy is a HM and Cleo and Demon were Crowns...
