After a long
long struggle with illness, Heroman died today. He will be among his ADF buddy Sidekick and his mystery snail friend Neptunator.
He had been struggling with bacterial infections for a few months before I had to leave to visit family over the summer. I put him in the care of my boyfriend but he was too sick to survive for long and finally went to be at peace this morning. He will be buried either in Tempe Town Lake or by my old dorm.
Heroman, I will not forget how you were my friend when I had none. I thank you for your cute habits that improved my day and made me feel like I was important. I'm sorry I was not able to be there for you when you needed me. I promise to visit you when I get back. Love you, little guy...
