Thank you and it looks like the above picture(the top one blue) I can't give you readings of hardness

Ammonia 0 ppm nitrite .2 and nitrate 10 ppm ph 7.2 the rasboras were added all at once they have had the disease for about 10 days it started as a single white dot on the lower lip and now the mouth looks like it is swollen and covered with a film

The affected ones frequently nibble at rocks and rough ornaments in the tank but my betta has not been effected yet. They aren't breathing hard are swimming and some are hiding(usually just the same one) in fact the only problem with health/behavior I've had is the nibbling at rocks etc.

Did you cycle your tank before you put your fish in?

Alright then... They either have columnaris (slow moving) or a slime coat infection. Since salt can agitate slime coat infections and your tank is planted, I'd try an antibacterial medication. You can try Jungle's Fungus Eliminator (@Walmart), API Fungus Cure (@Petsmart), OR Maracyn I&II. All three of those meds should treat it if it is Columnaris, mouth fungus, body slime or a fungus infection... Increase water changes during treatment. Good luck and keep us posted!

Also, if you have a carbon filter, take it out while you are treating the tank. Scrub everything down once it's solved or you'll risk the disease spreading again.

Something that has a heater and at least 1gal.
Treat him with AQ salt just to be sure. It's most likely that he too has whatever your others have.
