Best Time Feeding! (and a question...)

I just bought some frozen brine shrimp from Petco and defrosted a few of them. Well I fed them to my bettas one at a time with tweezers, and it was so much fun! I probably overfed them (they got like 4 each), but I already want to do it again. Amazingly, Monet, my fish that only eats in the morning, and is seriously "off" in more ways than one, was actually acting like a normal fish!

The only question I have has to do with the little shrimpys. They said they have min 5% protein. That seems REALLY low to me, especially for a food that claims it is as good as live food. Or is it okay that the protein is that low because the brine have a really high quality protein so it is more easily digested? Could someone give me the protein stat for live food?

personally i think the amount of protein should be the same as if it were live... cant imagine why protein would be lost after freezing.
if your concerned about protein, maybe try some bloodworms? i know pretty much all bettas love it
