I'm so happy!

I'm so excited! All 3 of my boys have made bubble nests!

Tigger has made is third one, Philip made his old man one( really big bubbles, small nest) and Nez made his first one!


Nez and Tigger's nests look FANTASTIC and I'm so excited to get some females for them!

I purchased Nez from my LFS on Tuesday, July 12. He lives in a temporary .5 gallon tank with 3 plants and some gravel. He made his nest while I was away at my friends house. But he stopped working on it last night once he realized he didn't have a lady friend. I'm planning on getting a Turquoise or a Monster VT girl for him. He'll probably start my spawning. He has such a beautiful color!


I got Tigger June 6th from Petco. He is also in a .5 gallon with 3 plants and gravel. He lives upstairs and has built 3 bubble nests since he arrived! I'm going to buy a pink or cambodian, possibly purple Girl for him next year.


I got Philip from my LFS on an unknown date. He's a red and blue VT. Hes 5 years old and has built around 10 bubble nests. Unfortunately, he is too old to breed :( But he's mah baby! Hes in a 1.5 gallon tank with several plants, some gravel, and a pink cup with rocks around it to make it look like a cave!


But yeah! those are the boys!Tigger and Nez are almost ready to spawn, I need a few more bubble nests from Nez before I go shopping for girls. But yeah! I'm very excited! I love it when my boys make nests! They look so fantastic!

Oh, and my mom and I decided that Nez and Tigger were 1 year olds instead of 2 year olds. So I'll breed them next year, after my birthday when I have a 20 gallon and some breeding equipment....

but yeah! I'm sooo happy!
