Looking for an Artist

So I know that there are tons of you on here that can work your way around an image... I got bored and created "Shimi's Stamp of Approval". However Its just the basic design and it doesn't look particularly great. I would love it if a few people who can create take a look at it and make some improvements (Make it more 3D, add color, make the lines more crisp, etc.)

I specifically made the images line art because I think it looks nice, however if you have a better idea run it by me and I'll let you know. (Or get really bored and make it)

If anyone is kind enough to play around with it reply here / send a PM and I will send you the .pdn I have. (I made it in Paint.Net, pretty sure PS can open it)
