Reliable heater for a 5 gallon?

I'm just looking for a nice, reliable heater for a 5 gallon tank that can be set to desired temperature, and accurately keep it at that temperature. I'm willing to spend however much I need to to keep my betta happy! Any suggestions?

I have three of the Elite Mini 25 watt heaters & they do a good job.

I have a theo hydor 25w heater and it has worked brilliantly for me so far, also it was only around $25 CAD at the store I went to.
