Oh, I'm sure they'd be fine with the female Bettas, I just don't know if they would like sharing the bottom of the tank with the Cories.

I am reading plecos and cory's do well, but to treat them as any other fish in the tank for size wise. I think we'll go with a school of cory's the two plecos and another species of small tropical fish. Thanks for your help!

My cories get along great with my plecos. I have about 5 cories and 5 plecos (bristle-nose, whip-tail, etc) with some catfish too.
