Any advice is great! I'm treating him with EPSOM salt and even that I think is only making him worse!

What is your water change schedule?

Are his scales raised at all? You can increase the Epsom Salt to 2tsp/gal (don't worry, Epsom won't hurt him). It might be a good idea to QT him and perform daily 100% water changes. Even if you don't QT him you should increase water changes to 50% every other day in his 5 gal.

You should consider buying Jungle's Anti-Parasite pellets, they have anti-parasitic and anti-bacterial properties and might be necessary.

Good luck and keep us posted!

I wish I could try the pellets but the poor guy hasn't eaten in over a week. He shows no interest! I just don't know what to do anymore =( The salt isn't helping in fact he looks much worse

By worse, what do you mean? Is the above picture from today?
Are his scales laying flat or are the raised at all?
Does he look like a pinecone?
Does he have any trouble swimming?
Does he normally have a gray belly (like in the pic)?
