White wormy things. Planaria? I thought bettas didn't eat planaria. Anyhow, I really hope this is nothing serious and he gets better quickly, Bahamut.

I don't know if it's planaria, I don't have a magnifying glass at home XD

I feed them 2x a day, two pellets of Nutrafin Basix betta food O.o

The white worms are most likely planaria. Harmless~

Well, you could try a different food like New Life Spectrum or Atison's Betta pellets which are both very small and easy to digest pellets... You definitely aren't overfeeding and Nutrafin is an ok brand. If he keeps throwing up let us know. Hopefully it will clear up on its own!
