My Plain Betta? Need a name.

I happened to pass by pet store yesterday and saw this plain Halfmoon betta fish at $6. It has been there a while actually. But nobody seem to picked them up even if was on sale for a period of time already. So I asked one of the sales there and he said part of his fins is damaged and probably because of his plain color looking, surely not as stunning and beautiful as others. For some reason I like the fins though, as if it was kinda clear/transprent? (not sure if it is the right word to use). After standing there for about 20 mins, I got the fish. I'm still thinking a name for him.

I don't think he's plain at all. I think he's beautiful!

Could name him Xanthous. Greek for yellow. :P

Whoa, he's not plain, he's a pineapple!!! Pineapple bettas are that yellow color like yours with the black inbetween each scale! He's stunning, I've never seen pineapple coloring on a halfmoon!!! He's colors will probably brighten up some more with good care in his new home =)

How about something counterintuitive like Flash, Rainbow, or Crayola (yeah this one is super silly but it might fit)?

As for names, you could name him just that- Pineapple :D I think it'd be cute.

Thanks for the names and comments. I was actually thinking something like Light, Golden, Shine, but not Pineapple until it was suggested.
Well Pineapple sounds cute, and then it reminds me of Hawaii, and I got the name Aloha from there. How does that sound?
This name would also have the meaning of "hello" and "love".

As for the price, the other halfmoon bettas are at price $19.99
This fish was at $10 the last time I saw it, about 2 weeks ago.
And I actually got this fish for $6!!

how about Ray-Ban, as bright as he is you are gonna need those sunglasses. Beautiful betta I wish i could find them like that , i would pay $6 all day long. Great find!
