quick question...

not sure if this is the right area, but here goes!

Caroline's been ill for a long while, and finally passed away last night or today. but, i had a chunk of Java moss in her tank, as well as my Marimo balls. how would i sterilize them, and make them safe to put in another betta's tank, without them getting sick?

I've heard that you can sterilize things buy using hot water and viniger, but i don't know about using them on the moss or the marimo balls because I have never delt with either. I just wanted to throw that suggestion out there, but please make sure this prosses is ok before you do it. I don't want to give completely wrong info, it's just what I have heard.

I am sorry for you loss by the way :/
