Thumbs up so you think im ready?

im sure a few of you remember me posting a topic a few weeks back regarding my bettas.. if you dont heres what happened; i tried breeding my male plakat with my female veil tail.. she (actually) tor him to bits (ive included pics below of the damage).. anways he is doing great now, all of the bettas are.. i have a maybe a 3 gallon container than is about four inches deep and 14 inches wide by 16 inches long. it is devided, on the right side is my male plakat, on the left is my male veil tail and the female (who remember is know to be aggressive) in the floating cup.. on the plakats side is an air stone, on caspers side there is no current in the water.. hes been building nest on a regular basis. i just did a %100 water change today, and all my bettas are conditioned for spawning.. if he builds a nest should i release the female? what do you guys think? any help would be appreciated..

the female that attacked my male plakat..

As long as they're both flirting, you can release her. Other wise be careful.

i did a water change last night and he has a nest build up again, they are both flirting but im going to monitor their actions for the next two days before i do the release.. but you guys think they have enough room to breed? i plan on moving them into a grow out (55g) shortly after the spawn..

also would it be a good idea to feed my bettas three times a day instead of two times a day with freeze dried bloodworms? i was just thinking if they notice more food maybe it could trigger the appropriate time to breed.. just throwing that out there... i would really appreciate any advice, this two complicated pairs of bettas..
