I know, I really enjoy the idea of my favorite fish in my wedding, or even having my own babies there, but I would never forgive myself if something happened. Maybe normal centerpieces on every table, but at the table for the bride and groom you could bring a betta? That might not be a bad idea.

They had the goldfish in bowls at my prom, I did ask about them and made them take the candles out, they were the cheap 13 cent goldfish (fair fish) and after the prom they were returned to being feeder fish :/

I think maybe if you did it somewhere where there was an out of the way place for them to sit? Shelves on the side or something? Definitely not centerpieces.
