Canadian Members?

Just wondering who in Canada as access to CT's at a pet store or local breeder? I plan on raising a spawn down the road and need to track down someone who may be able to supply me with a breeding pair. I have a local breeder but she doesn't breed for color and only has red CT's right now. I don't want a red spawn. Anyone? Depending on feedback, I will know when this will happen.

OHHH! I know someone in St. John's NL who breeds. Newfiedragon has gotten quite a few of her babies. IF you do MG's I'm your first customer :)

I know of CanadianAquaFarm, and honestly the shipping from BC to NS wouldn't be worth it unless I bought 10 bettas and got free shipping LOL I don't have room for 10 new bettas, since I plan on keeping some of the spawn :)

And I am iffy on NFLD. Do you know where in NFLD? Probably St Johns eh? Do you think the Canada Post uses the boat to get to Sydney? Or do they fly? That would be my only worry, that boat can get chilly! I'll contact Newfie though! Thanks!

MG might be a possibility, but I am unsure of my sending abilities lol

yep, St. John's, and I'm assuming you'd have to do airmail. The breeder I know of, also knows a breeder in NS, not sure if it's the same one you are thinking of.

As far as I know, the breeder here in St. John's that I've gotten my fish from doesn't have a website. I don't even have a phone # for her. If I want to talk to her I go into the pet store where she works. She mostly breeds HM and delta tail dragons and coppers. I've gotten 3 from her so far, and when I start a sorority, I plan on getting the girls from her.

Ahh ok, I was more planning on CT's as my local breeder has beautiful halfmoons I can send up on the bus for $15 shipping. *sigh*

I'm adopting a CT male.. but I wouldn't dare breed someone elses fish! lol

I know she has bred CTs...you can tell that some of her females have CT in them, but they're not full CT. I saw a male in the pet store today and I was wondering if it was hers. It was a pale red copper looking CT.
