This is my new male Crowntail, Winston. Besides being gorgeous, it appears he has a little injury on the top of his head, as well as the corner of his mouth. I purchased him through Aquabid so he arrived via USPS. The seller did a great job packaging him and marked the box "Live Fish". He's a reputable seller too. But that doesn't mean he couldn't have gotten hurt during shipping. Plus, he's been pretty active since he's adjusted to his new home. He swims behind the heater and does rounds through his betta log. Just a few ways he could've nicked himself. I've had him about 2 weeks. Because he's so new, I'm just not sure if he had these spots when I got him. He's so colorful and somewhat spotty anyway. The spots are not white in nature, which would tell me bacterial infection. But I wanted you guys to look at him and tell me what you think. Thanks!
