The tank is a 5 gallon minibow. like this. I have Black sand from a local pet store and a peice of mopani wood. It does give a slight brown look to the water but not as bad as it looks in the pic. I like the tint.

Haha! Our bettas have the same name! I didn't think I'd see someone else with the same name as 'Captain America' :D
