APR is artificial plankton rotifer right?

"A.P.R. is a microencapsulated feed that can be used as a replacement feed for rotifers, making great food for feeding larval shrimp and fish. Its high fat content and excellent fatty acid profile will produce post-larvae of uniform size. Particle size is approximately 50-100 microns. A.P.R. is tested for hydrostability. It is highly digestible to provide maximum nutritional efficiency and uptake. Packaged in 1 lb can."
