I seriously LOVE this tank!

I just wish I knew where I could get bamboo like that. I need this for my life to feel complete.

I have seen this bamboo at PetCo. It is supposed to be pretty hardy. I do not have any but I asked about it and it's supposed to be nice.

If you go to her website (I have also seen this tank in the past and thought of recreating) she has a very detailed description of how to recreate it. I have found the buddha cheap on ebay, but it is alabastrite and was painted... Personally I don't think it's 100% safe.

Also it is just dead and dried bamboo and needs to be replaced periodically because it rots apparently. The stuff in petco is lucky bamboo, not a truly aquatic plant in that the leaves must be above the waterline or it dies. You also could not plant it like was shown in the video (it's much bigger) unless you have a 50 gallon tank.

It is beautiful though... definitely my aesthetic too.

I love it. If you can't find bamboo you might be able to do a similar look with dried out hardwood tree branches.
