The delicate art of poop

Dumb question, but how do I know if my betta is...uh...regular? When I used to keep fish, it was a long stringy white thing hanging off the business end.

I haven't seen anything like that with Flambé. And nothing uh...hanging off any decor or on the gravel. I haven't been able to check the back of the tank well, so maybe he's doing his business there?

At any rate, he eats well and doesn't seem bloated. I feed him anywhere from 3 to 5 pellets a day, spaced out.

If u have a gravel bottom it could be hard to tell. Thier poop looks like a tinyy cinnamon roll lol. They usually arent stringy, unless u feed bloodworms or something. Then sometimes u might see a stringish thing... Chances are hes fine if u dont see him bloated.

Ah...okay, thank you! I wasn't sure what it looked like. Small cinnamon rolls (lol) sound like they'd be difficult to spot.

Hahaha, what is my world coming to? Stalking my fish's poop XD
