Weird Situation

Hi there!
My betta Pierce is having a rough time. I have him and my other betta Flair in a 10 gal tank with a divider, and while Flair is happy as can be, making bubble nests, puffing up at Pierce when he sees him on occasion, being active and eating etc, Pierce is acting weird. He's active but he hasn't eaten in a few days. I've changed the water about three times now and bought a water heater. The water seems to be fine at first but keeps getting really cloudy a day afterwards. Any help on what I can do about Pierce or my water?

Can you fill out the form at the top of the disease section? It sounds like there might be something wrong with your heater... What kind is it? Is it a preset heater? The temperature changes might be stressing Pierce out. Epsom is safe to use with healthy fish. Has Pierce pooped recently? Is he bloated at all?

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? I have Top Fin Betta Bits and Top Fin Freeze-Dried Bloodworms, both of which he refuses.

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? He's a little more colorful? If that's weird. Like he's gotten electric blue streaks or I just haven't noticed. Although he is a little silvery around the gills, I don't know if that's new, or...
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? Right now he's hiding under his bridge. He was pretty active yesterday when I changed the tank but not now so much. And he won't eat.
When did you start noticing the symptoms? About four days ago.
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? I bought a heater, and a new, bigger tank. I've been changing the water frequently too.
Does your fish have any history of being ill? No.
How old is your fish (approximately)? I'm not sure, but I've had him for about a month.

I don't think he's bloated but I'm not sure. I'm not sure about pooping either. The heater I have is this one:

there aren't alot of hiding places. it's possible that the other betta's stressing him out. try adding lots of silk plants in the tank, especially in front of the divider, so they can't see each other.
