Too much light for these plants?

I am about to set up my ten gal divided tank, also adding in live plants. I have CFL lights, 13 watt rated @ 6500k. Will this be too much light for the following plants? Water sprite, Java Fern or water wisteria? I read that the Anubias will get algae with too much light. What is the proper way to add them, I am going to be quick cycling with pure ammonia. Thanks in advance for any advice!! If the plants I have selected are not good with the lighting I have, what would you recommend? I have 2 bettas going into the tank, for now :)

I have done some reading on planted tanks and at some point you will come by the watt per gallon rule. If anything I would take this rule as a guideline. The rule is to have 2 watts per gallon. So for your tank you would have roughly 1.3w per gallon which would make it a low light tank so don't worry about having too much light :)

Also with the types of plants you have, they seem to be low light so it's okay. If you need more information refer to PewPewPew's Easy Care Plant Guide v2.0. Great updated information can be found there ;)
