Melvin's definitely pineconing some. Is he eating? And have you noticed him pooping? If he hasn't done that in a while, it could just be constipation. While he's in QT do some epsom salt treatments, 3 tsp per gallon to start with since he's already pineconing. Try the epsom salt, 10 days or post back if he gets worse because I'm also a little worried about bacterial infection. Keep an eye on the others, if they start showing any similar signs, QT them and do epsom salt treatments on them as well.

Try the epsom salt and in the meantime, look for the Jungle Labs Anti-Parasite Medicated Pellets and Maracyn-II or Kanaplex. It never hurts to have Maracyn-II or Kanaplex on hand but hopefully Mel won't need it. And if he does, you'll have it ready.
