New growth?

I've noticed my guy seems to have a white-ish look to the tips and between his fins.

Is it possible this is new growth to the fins?

Maybe something bad? Rot?
I have looked into possible fin rot... but I think not. Pardon the rhyme.
He just healed up a pinhole in his caudal he got from over stretching...

Should I do a salt bath anyway? Siiiigh...

I've had this lil fellow for a few weeks.
He is happy and active, living in a 10 gal (heated/filtered) masion all to himself.

What do you think?

It looks like new fin growth to me... you can give him an AQ bath or put him in QT with AQ, this will help with fin growth either way.. good luck!!!
