Red face Just Another Betta Food Question (I know, right?)

*sigh* So I have mostly been feeding my boys purely frozen brine shrimp. Probably for about a month now. Smaug looks AMAZING. Other than his cruddy little tail that is... But his body scales have never looked shinier or more colorful. He is healthier than I have ever seen a betta fish in person.

Monet is... Well if you have heard me talk about Monet before you know he is an odd fish. However, his color has improved slightly too. So has his personality. He stopped only eating to survive and now pigs out.

I feed spectrum crumble (that stuff for young fish) about once a week, maybe. When I think I can trick them into eating pellets instead of shrimp...

Today I bought a flat pack of bloodworms. Yay!
Should I feed a mixture of bloodworms and shrimp, alternate days, etc?

Did I mention that I also recently bought some Vita-Chem
Freshwater, and Seachem Garlic Guard?
With the addition of the Vita-Chem, should I even bother with the pellets?

I would feed the shrimp and worms alternately. I don't think it really matters, but it will help change it up and it's easier to feed only one at a time.

I'm not sure about the other stuff, but I would still try to get them on pellets. But see what other people say as I don't know.
