Help!

Is it normal for the male betta fish to ignore the eggs the female is dropping? Im used to the male immediately after breeding and putting them in the bubble nest. But today my bettas bred today and the male keeps ignoring the eggs coming out and NOT putting them in the bubble nest. Is this normal? Will he eventually put them in? or should i take a eye dropper and put them in manually? Please help, time is ticking :p

Thanks so much!

Some males wait to put them in until they're finished. If its his first time spawning it might take him awhile to get with the program. Don't disturb him, he'll get it right eventually.

Congrats on the spawn BTW.
