Smile So exciting!

Today we went to the pet store and got a few more things for Bruce Lee's tank. I tried new food, got him some freeze dried blood worms (which he LOVES) and we also got him a new bit of foliage for the tank, which is a long grass looking thing and he has been swimming through it a bunch since we put it in. I think he really likes it!!

I never thought I'd enjoy having a fish so much. I think I'm having more fun with him than my daughter is!

It really is! It's amazing how I find myself just sitting here watching him.
I was already eyeing up another one at the pet store today. =)
Maybe I'll buy one for myself for MY birthday!

If you think freeze dried is fun, try frozen, either bloodworms or brine shrimp (or both!). Or add garlic to the freeze dried ones. It improves flavor. An easy way to add garlic is with Seachem's Garlic Guard.

Congrats on getting bit by the betta bug!
