Exclamation Ick quarantine

My tetras who share a tank with my betta, have ick. I am treating them and have added new stuff to the tank that I foolishly didn't know about. All the tetras have white patches, and they spread across the fishes bodies by the hour. Two fish have died from it. My betta has no symptoms of it. Should he be removed? Also, advice on cures? I'm giving them salt as well as ick treatments. Hurry! Type faster!!!!!!

Are you sure its ick? Ick is white spots not patches. They look like little white dots. How large are these patches?

I think your tetras have Neon Tetra disease. Your betta should be okay but remove him just to be sure.
