Talking Which should I upgrade him to?

So, I currently have my betta in a 1/2 gallon until I move into my residence in a few weeks. I was thinking of upgrading to either the Aqueon Mini Bow 2.5, or the Hawkesview 360 with the LED lights. But my question is, which is better, and would last longer? I want something that will last a long time. But I'm not sure which would be easier to care for, or would be a good investment in the long run? What do you guys think? Any input would be fantastic :) Also, do I need to cycle any of those?

The mini bow has a better filter...but is a little smaller.

I personally dont like the round shape of the 360, it really distorts the fish! D: The filter is also pretty cruddy, and the airstone is useless, and the tube will either need to be sealed off somewhat (bettas go in them) or just unused, to provide more space.

Personally?

I say the minibow :D
