Question HEY PEEPS AM BACK!!!!!!!!!! :D also got crayfish breeding question

yes, the betta n all things aquatics extrodinaire is back after a whole year!!!!!!
pity, all my bettas are gone, but tomorrows meh bday and maybe i will get one ;)

i now have a beautiful kohaku koi named... well... KOHAKU!!!
and also two (for now!) crawfish, 1 male and other female

so now the female is all berried up (means she got eggs)

my question is though.... how many inches of water should be in the hatching tank????

and also... i have a general idea of what to feed the babies, but anyone who has done this sucessfully, what do you guys use for a better chance of them surviving?

and i got them in cool water, but someplace i read said they had to be in warm water (80)

someone plz help, the eggs are orange which means theyll hatch soon

thanks all,
