Question Concern about Starburst

I've been told she's a marble but parts of her are turning BLACK. From her forehead to her dorsal fin is normally reddish with white scales on either side, but there are irregular black patches forming. She's also got black vertical lines going down the side of her gills.

(Notice forehead and gills)

Her AB picture:

The day I got her:

Yesterday:

Yes I know, she's adorable, she wiggles too much for a good photo

Params are:
NH3: 0
NO2: 0
NO3: < 0.5ppm

I've got 1.5 Water wisteria in it (the other is erm, dying I think)

Cycled, 5 Gal, split with Lin (she's fine!)

Testing everyday because it's my newly "planted" tank trying to achieve a natural ecosystem.

Am I just paranoid? DX She looks so active and cute ;A;

Since she's got a sort of black marbling on her lips in the AB picture (correct me if it's more blue, in the pic it looks black), I'd think it's just marbling?

And she's so very, very pretty.

Is she showing any signs of abnormal behavior along with this color change? Heavy breathing, lethargy etc? If not, I think the black is natural marbling occuring. It doesn't look like the kind of black that comes from a fast-moving fungal or bacterial disease.

I'm in agreement here, she doesn't look unhealthy at all. :) She's actually quite beautiful!

Thanks guys, I decided just to leave her at home :)

I'm mainly just concerned about the lines on both her gills though, because those are necessary organs that I don't want to be infected with anything DX

As long as the gills aren't an abnormal color or sticking out weird, she should be okay. She's awful cute, I love her little face.
