Try and get any one of those treatments asap.. Dropsy is very diffiult to cure especially when pineconing starts. :( You should move fast..

i called about 4 stores around me... 2 local shops, petsmart and petco... sadly they don't carry any anti parasite or bacterial pellets by jungle.

However, at the local shop, he mentioned about feeding my betta brine shrimp to somewhat help the bloating and absorb the water and such.

does it really help? if so... i might buy some tonight

I've never heard of this. :/ And anyway, the epsom salt is for the bloating, what you need is something to kill the infection causing the dropsy... I'm sorry I can't help you with other products. :( I'm not sure what else is available in your country for this problem.
One thing I can suggest is try to get metronidazole tablets from your vet, I did this because I couldn't find any of the pellets in my country.. Smash into a powder and stir into 1/4th cup of water.. It wont dissolve completely but stir for 4-5 minutes.. Add some FROZEN not freeze dried bloodworms and let them marinate in the medicine for 10 hours in a cool place. I kept mine in the fridge because they would spoil... Then feed these worms to the betta.. Just 2-3 of them once or twice a day. Make a new batch for every day although in the fridge you can get away with every other day.. :> good luck, I'm sorry i can't help you too much..

Def stop feeding freeze dried bloodworms. Those cause bloating so easily. Should be fed (1 or 2) once, twice a week for the most part. An occasional treat. So having bloating from dropsy, don't want bloating from FDBW on top of it. :(
Hope the best for you.

Maybe you could try a website that specializes in fish? You may be able to get a rush delivery or something?

I wanted to point out that Prime removes ammonia, so you don't need both Prime and an ammonia remover. It's a waste of your money. I hope he gets better but dropsy is really tough. The advice you've been given is good though. Good luck.
