I usually go with Aqueon betta pellets, they're small and my betta's eat them pretty easily. They tend to really like Aqueon flakes, too.

I used to feed them Top Fin pellets but they were too big and my bettas seemed to ignore them all the time.

I have both hiraki floating pellets and New life spectrum pellets. They seem to like them about the same but the hiraki ones are bigger.

I have a couple small boys, so I use the small new life spectrum pellets as well. I feed 2 at night and 2 in the am and my boys love them! They're also great if one of them gets sick, easy to break up and easy for them to swallow because they're so small. They get blood worms once every week or two as well.

Omega One Betta Buffet Pellets, Bettamin flakes, freeze dried bloodworms, frozen bloodworms and frozen brine shrimp. I feed two pellets in the morning, and at night either the flakes, freeze dried bloodworms or a frozen food. I rotate it so they don't get the same food everyday, except for pellets.

Mine eats the Omega One betta pellets in the morning, and nibbles on the Hikari algae wafers that I feed the snails at night.

I feed my betta "Betta Buffet Flakes". Don't feed your betta "TetraBetta plus"! My betta refuses to eat those! And as a treat, once or twice a week, i feed him Hikari blood worms. :)

I feed predominately NLS community pellets, and supplement with frozen brine shrimp, frozen mysis shrimp, frozen bloodworms and live blackworms.

In the warmer months I also feed live mosquito larvae from the pond in our backyard.
