Disinfecting Tank and Such

My betta died last night, and I want to make sure to disinfect the tank and everything in it before I get another fish and put it in the same surroundings to make sure any fungus or anything is killed and the new fish doesn't catch it.

Thanks, Jacob

For the tank you can use a 10% bleach solution, leave it on for about 10 minutes do not exceed 15, and then rinse fully. Let it dry and wipe off water spots. The decor, if you have caves a such you can do the same, for plastic/ silk plants you can boil them for a short time. Gravel I would pitch and get new.
