Long term ES use?

I've been treating one of my girls for bloat for some time now (I posted a thread about her before, but now I can't find it).

Basically, I've found out that as long as I keep her in 3tsp/g ES, she is able to pass her food and swim normally. As soon as I wean her off the salt, she is back to floating at the top all bloaty and sad.

Is keeping her in ES long term going to cause any issues for her? My plan is for her to be part of my sorority. Am I then going to have to treat the entire 10g with 3tsp/g?

Any help or other suggestions would be appreciated. I'm still working on getting Jungle parasite pellets into her because I'm sure she's got internal parasites, but she won't eat them no matter what I do!

Thanks guys :)

I'm sorry I'm not much use for the epsom salt, but I've heard of people soaking the Jungle Parasite pellets in bloodworm or garlic juice (yuck!) and their bettas ate them(:

I've tried soaking them in garlic but the pellets are still too hard for her to eat, even though she wants to eat them that way :(

Maybe I'll try the bloodworm juice. Thanks :)
