fish safe resin/epoxy

So I am looking for a fish safe resin or epoxy that I can use to cover items with to make them tank safe. Like seashells, antlers, etc. I have some decor ideas I wish to use them for, but of course they will through off the ph levels and make cause other problems. So my thought is if i can find something to coat them in that will be clear and safe I would like to use that.
So does any one have any ideas?

Ps I would really prefer something relatively cheap, but then I am broke atm.
