How to know when your female is ready?

My male has built the largest bubble nest I've seen of any of my fish yet, its actually has the styrofoam cup up out of the water entirely. She is plump underneither and I can see her white dot from all angles. but she is not showing any stripe whatsoever. They stare at eachother quite a bit, since he's free roaming in the spawning tank, and she is in her chimney in the tank. temp is at 82 degrees, and has lots of plants. I dont want to release her if she isnt fully ready so a little help would be nice!

Is she swimming in that weird S movement or is she tilted head down? Sometimes body positioning is the best way to tell if she is ready...

she does the S, but not really head down so much. she follows him around her chimney as much as she can

Well, they have been together for 13 hours now, they're is still some chasing, and and playing, but neither has nipped the other. and there is still no spawning taking place...they dont mind one another at all, just not spawning, continue to leave them together, neither is getting nipped. so they are good that way together.

I would are they still "flirting"? Is the male keeping up his bubble nest and is the female still trying to swim over? They should hopefully get it soon :)

he just picked some up and went and placed them in his nest. Should i remove her, as soon as she starts to run away from him again, and all this spawning stops. I'm super pumped right now!!!!!
