Opps... new betta

Yup... I did it again... *sigh*

Went to Wally-world to grab a few supplies for school, and my little sister wanted a betta... so went and got her a GORGEOUS red CT so she can have a friend in her dorm
and I fell in love
twice
two identical fish, EXACTLY the same in every way, except one had SBD... of course I got him, and he is SOOOOO pretty...

No name, VT male

Name ideas?

Im thinking Breeze right now...

I always find that Japenese makes names sound special, I looked up 'Breeze' and it is 'Soyokaze.' It is abit of a mouthful, but still sounds intrestingly beautiful.

Yup, he has a pretty blue sheen, which I didnt notice at Wally-world... aw, hes a butterfly <3

Poor guy has been tryingto build a bubblenest (first betta I have ever actually ever been able to see do this) but he keeps messing it up when he tries to swim (keeps floating to the top) hes in an espom salt/QT tank, I am worred about his fins, he has a bit of fin rot early stages, so daily water changes (in a QT tank so of course) but Im scared he'll end up being a tail biter since his fin are so long :/
any way to prevent this now?

oh...keep him distracted. Objects in front of the tank will work. He's so cute!

Name him Craser. I made it up, it just sounds cool..lol

I just placed a mug in for him, hes sitting next to Finn (who is ignoring him, silly boy is trying to kill a pellet right now, lol), hes shoing a bit of interest in Finn, but seems to be more interested in the bottle of dishsoap next to him, lol, I'll just constantly rotate the items near his tank for now

On a plus note, I have now divided my 5 gal. King on one side, Chile on the other... and they are completelly ignoring each other, they swim by the divider, glance at ech other, but no flaring, or anything, both of them however flare at the sight of ANY other betta... besides each other.... so, guess that was a good match up, lol
