Dropsy should I be worried about my sorority?

My original female Betta has gone fat and slightly pineconed. She's also not swimming about or eating. Should I be worried about my other girls? They're showing no symptoms of anything.

I would get her in a small QT and start Epsom salt 3tsp/gal(Not aquarium salt), tannins (IAL or Oak leaf) temp 76-77F- along with 100% water changes....sadly once you have the symptom of dropsy-she can be in system failure and prognosis is grim...but don't give up....

Need to find out the root cause....how big is the sorority tank, how much and how often are the water changes, filter, live plants, additives used, water temp, how long has the tank been running, how many fish in the tank and any other livestock.....

The tank is a 60 litre with 9 females. Running 2 years. 50% changes once a week. No live plants.

Why epsom not aquarium salt? I bought some aquarium salt on ebay. Is that no good then

I bought this, is this no good for anything? I thought this was the right stuff to heal fish with torn fins and stuff.

It is the right stuff for external problems.. dropsy is different. AQ salt is good for fin rot, ich, scrapes etc. So it is great and handy to have around for sure.. but in the case of dropsy.. epsom is best and as Oldfishlady had advised. I'm sorry about your little girl, good luck to you.
