Oh he is very pretty!

I do think he needs some plants though, he looks like he could use a nice place to sleep near the surface of the water.

I wasnt trying to sound rude if it came off that way. lol, sorry. I am just in love with tanks with lots of plants, they just look bare without them. XD

I do like that tank though, and i have thought about getting one as a nightlight for my daughter's room, since she loves bettas so much. She is two and a half and is always in my room babbling about the fishies and the "snakes" (my khuli loaches lol) ^-^

Oh I didn't take it that way no worries. He was an impulse buy and all my fish supplies are at my moms lol. I have so many plants and decorations it's crazy.

The tank is pretty cool,i was hesitant to get it thinking it would be way smaller than the box but it actually is pretty decent sized. I read about a 5 gallon version of it too. Daxter seems very happy exploring all around and attacking the bubbles lol.

Three gallons is perfect to fit on her dresser, and i would probably get her a female betta anyway so that i can decorate the tank in pinks and purples like her room and not feel silly putting a boy in there. XD

A five gallon version would be pretty cool for me though. lmao, of course all of my available space is already taken up by tanks...

Oh Daxter's colors look very cool!

I have a cat named Dexter. I'm obsessed as well, missm83.
