I think that he's a marble, but I might be wrong. A cellophane marble, maybe? I would name him based on his personality. I would suggest waiting a day or two and seeing how he acts.

Okay that's what I will do one of my Betta use to flare all the time and spread his fins out so I named him show off and it fits him really well
