A rescue mission is needed to Atwater asap

A friend came to pick me up last sunday and we went to an exceptional place. First, i didn't know exactly where we going, he wouldn't tell me, he told me, it's a surprise.
I live in Bakersfield, so we drove from my place to Atwater, that was a long drive.
We arrived at the destination without any trouble, thanks to the gps .
We ring the bell, a young lady open the door to us, then we got into the backyard then get into another house, size smaller than a normal house.
I could not believe what i saw, a betta breeder, we went to a breeder house. Hundred of betta of any type and colors. There were 4 little houses in their backyard full of betta fishs. I was shocked . I have never seen so many betta grouping in one area.
In my mind, i was thinking how much i have in my wallet, not enough to get few of them. I told my friend we need to go to an atm to get $$, he replied back to me they accept visa , even better.
Finally, i bought 2 black dragon hm and 20 females (10 f hmplakat n 10 f hm), i spent total $200. My friend spent more than that i think.
Anyway, this is what i got in photo. 1st photo, a bunch of betta together, those fishes are not good the breeder said, he won't give them to us and won't tell us what he was going to do with them. From the photo, you can see most of those betta has fins damage, which my title, "we need a rescue mission to Atwater".
2nd photo, another bunch of betta in small containers, look like they are heading to some lfs.

Why didn't you get enough for the rest of us?

I audibly gasped when I saw all those bettas in that bucket, that's cruel =/ If they're deformed or sick or "not good" as he says, why didn't he just cull them?? I don't see anything not good about them, there's some platinum dragons in there!!!! Grrrr makes me mad.

No, Atwater is near Fresno. Well i asked the breeder if we could take those fishes with us and that was a no no. I even offered him that i will pay for them, still no no.
I feel so bad for them because he put them together and they will keep fighting and i was keep separating them.
I emailed him and asked him if i could find home for all those fishes, would he let me have all of them. I told him that i'm not planning to sell them but helping them to find a home, i am sure i could go and knock on each door close to my home and give them a free betta, they will say yes.

Their might be something internally wrong with them and doesnt want to admit his fish might be sick :/ And I would die if I lived near someone like that I would be so broke.

If you can get those bettas i will pay for shipping for at least three... I think i have that much room... If not ill just go and get another ten gallon. Cheap. As long as i can afford the shipping for them (which shouldnt be much, since i am not terribly far from there... Heck it could be driven in a day and a half... One day if you didnt stop at night. ) Poor things, i feel terrible for them!
