9/12 Photoshoot :P

I decided to up and take pictures of all my bettas tonight. C: Except for Charlotte and Roxanne, who are awkwardly placed.. still moving things around in my room.

New dragon hm.. a cutie, but he absolutely hates me so far. He keeps hiding and has his fins partially clamped. Trying to give him some time to adjust.

A cutie mom brought home today.. who I promptly named Flamenco. I love his red butterfly coloring.. and his pink body!

My marble dragon HM.. being cute and transparent.

This little guy is unnamed too.. he's adorable when he flares cause he has a transparent beard. He's like, CHECK OUT MY BEARD. what do you mean you can't see it

Little finbiter I bought.. he's an HM supposedly. Unnamed and a sweetheart.

Josie! My little orange girl. :P

This yellow-orange guy I picked up from walmart the other day.. I think he's a dalmation. Either way he has black lipstick. He's so goth!

Harvey! one of my rescues. :3

Soldier, who demanded I take a photo of him.

Orlando striking a flirty pose. xD

Peach being a doll. :3

Demi.. who wouldn't hold still long enough for me to take a picture. :/

Florence who was being a bit shy tonight.. but look who has colored up so much!

Flair, still certain the droopy sulking look is a fashion must.

Pierce and the best photo I could get of him. critter is always moving..

Caspian, who has become incredibly green lately. He was kinda mad that I woke him up.

Marie.. and all that ish on the top of her tank that I didn't notice until I took a picture of it. :/

Bangle.. looking rather enlightened and sleepy.

Hehehe.. I caught Shasta in this half open mouth pose. It's his Lady Gaga pose.

Hippie, who wouldn't hold still long enough for a good photo.

Viper who thought I was gonna give him some more food. :3

Navajo adding to his collection of five billion bubbles..

Jericho taking a break from flaring at his reflection. xD

Goliath being adorable :3

Cosmo, my rescue, and some of his bubbles.

Gabriel, looking pristine and healthy. <3

And that is it. :3

Wow so many beautiful bettas! Makes me want to take pics of mine, but my camera isnt that good. Do you keep the girls together then have the males in a divided up tank? Or do they all have their own... must be a lot to take care of!

thanks guys :) well the water changes are a pain but they're worth it. i do 25% daily on my ten gals (now because they're divided for three fish and i have no filters on them) and then 50-100% daily on my smaller tanks. they usually take me about two-three hours, depending on how slow i'm being. and they always take place at night. it's really good exercise, though, pretty much counts for the gym.

i have the guys in four ten gallons; three to one tank (three of those), then two to one tank (one of those). the white and orange fish as well as the rescue in green water are all in plastic QT tanks, the orange one because he's new, the white one cause of his split tail, and the new one.. well, it's obvious. xD i also have a divided twenty gallon, and have five of those baby halfmoons in it. and then i have the girls in two ten gallons, and they're separated. i didn't have the guts for a sorority, because all of my girls were super aggressive. xD

then the baby girls i have in a 3.5 gallon and a QT tank til they grow up.

basically, my room is an aquarium itself. xD
