where are all these bubbles comming from?

Ok .. so .. if anyone has read my other posts when first yuki got sick with sbd .. you already know my tank setup .. for those that haven't the short version is

5g cycled .. filtered .. non planted .. 84-88 ish temps (yes i know it's hot .. but even with the fan blowing at the tank 24hr's .. and ice hanging in the filter .. it doesn't get any lower .. and i can't help that it's 100 outside .. and still 80-84 indoors with the a/c on)

so .. yuki got sick 6 days ago with sbd again .. so i have him in his qt bowl while he heals up .. so he's not in his tank ..

so his tank is currently empty .. and i decided to do a 50% w/c on the empty tank since the filter is still on and doing it's thing .. and 2 days after i did the w/c i started noticing that on his pineapple house there's this white filmy thing .. and i'm figured out that my 50% w/c must have trigged a mini-recycle .. on the tank .. which is fine.. since yuki is not in there at the moment ..

so my concern now is .. yesterday i looked in his empty tank .. and somehow there's 2 bubble nest forming one on the right side of the filter and one's starting to form at the lip of the filter..

how is this possible ? ... there's no fish in there ..

what is making these bubbles ?

and is it harmful ? .. i don't want to put yuki back in there after his treatments are over .. if there's some mysterious something in his home making bubbles .. that could possibly make him sick again ?

I think the filter probably caused it, my filter always makes a lot of bubbles. Are the bubbles popping quickly? Is the filter still running? What kind of filter do you have?

I took care of a turtle once who had a filter that looked like that, and I recall seeing similar bubbles forming around it. I don't think it's anything to worry about. I usually have all sorts of bubbles in my tank after water changes, too
