New Male Double Tail :-D

So I was at Petco buying some platies and cory cats for my 10 and 20 gal. and I came across this GORGEOUS double tail male that I couldnt leave alone. Needless to say I came home with a 2.5 gal and this male along with my other fish. Here Are some pics of Leonitis

I told my boyfriend I HAD to look at the betta's ... and once I saw Him I just couldn't leave him alone. Surprisingly I put him in with my cory cats and he did better than my female. She was striping from stress in my 10 gal so i put her in my 2 gal . She just was born to be a loner sigh. I'm looking to divide my 10 gal but I need to find a good divider because the last time I tried only one side was being filtered, the other wasnt and I wasnt able to close the hood to my tank because of it and the metal clips were fugly. I'd like a CT male so if any of you know of a good divider that allows filtration let me know

I wouldn't divide your 10 gallon if you have Cory's. They need 10 gallons MINIMUM and groups of at least 3. Don't deprive them of their space, please.

Oh, okay! I made my dividers out of craft mesh. It's nice and cheap, and it has plenty of holes in it for filtration.
