Unhappy Franky is not well :(

I swear this tank is cursed. After my goldies died I bleached my tank and upgraded Franky from his 1 gal. He now has ich, and I think I caught it rather late. i bought an adjustable heater and some ich medicine. He seems very lethargic, and will occasionally come to the surface for air. His color has drastically faded. Any suggestions?

For ich he needs to be kept in a completely dark tank. Can you please fill out the sticky in the top of this section so that we can better help you?

Ich: 3 tsps of aquarium salt per gallon, pre-dissolve the salt first. High temps of about 86 degrees, ramp up the heat gradually so as not to shock him. Daily water changes to suck up all the parasites that fall off.

Oh, forgot. QT Franky for his treatment if you can and especially if you have live plants or cory cats in his tank. It will make things soooo much easier for you because of the daily water changes.
