Not really an emergency, but...

Since the other day my Betta has been hiding behind his cave in the back corner. Sometimes his breathing will look labored, but once he finally starts swimming around, he looks fine.
He used to not be this way, but the other day I found him stuck between a plant, and the back of the tank. (I moved the plant away so it wouldn't happen again.)

But it also looks like hes missing some of his Pectoral fins. He'll come out and eat with a little coaxing.

He used to not be this way. Ever. But ever since he got stuck it's like hes scared to swim around. I thought about taking him out and rearranging his section to make him feel like it's a new place.

Suggestions?

Awwww poor guy, sounds like his ordeal really shook him up!!!! I think it would be a good idea to switch up his tank a little, and maybe remove that plant that he got stuck on until he's forgotten about his incident.
